2026 ACG Fall Conference

October 7-10, 2026

My Journey to Ann Arbor – Use your Argus film camera to take photographs of your hometown, your journey to Ann Arbor, and the Ann Arbor area. Photos will be submitted to the ACG for posting. 

Wednesday, October 7th

12:00 pm: The Kempf House presents: The History of the Argus Camera Company with Bob Kelly

Thursday, October 8th

3:00 - 5:00 pm: Check-in, Meet and Greet

4:30 pm: $10 Sale Table

Dinner On Your Own

6:00 - 8:00 pm: Photography Exhibit Opening – Jill Freedman Estate

Friday, October 9th       

9:00 a.m.-5:00 pm: Argus Museum open to the public

10:00 am: The Henry Ford Museum tour with Ashley

12:00-1:30 pm: Lunch on your own (options available in THF, outside food allowed)

1:30 pm: The Henry Ford Museum tour cont.

5:30-7:00 pm: Dinner in Dearborn, No Host, Canteen at Midtown

Saturday, October 10th 

9:00 am: Meet and Greet Donuts and Coffee by donation 

9:00 am: Silent Auction Opens

9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Setup and Display “Argus A: 90th Birthday” in Museum

Each Argus A displayed will get a banner sticker and a certificate of attendance.

10:00 am: Presentation: Jill Freedman Estate

11:00 am: Presentation: Argus Museum updates, Fundraising Efforts/Results, Inventory Update 

11:45 am: The Great Argus Museum Duck Dodge contest hosted by Bob Kelly 

12:00 pm: On-site informal Lunch by donation

1:00 pm: Free Film Table 

1:30 pm: $10 Sale Table 

2:00 pm: Presentation: Show and Tell - Bring your favorite Argus camera from your collection and show it off!

4:00 pm: Annual Membership Meeting with Zoom

6:00 pm: On-site informal dinner by donation

7:00 pm: Presentation: Argus A with Mike and Pam

8:00 pm: Silent Auction ends. Live Auction begins.

8:30 pm: Close

Please list all attendees for food-related activities so we may have a more accurate headcount before the event starts.

Donations may be made before the conference via PayPal or by check mailed to the museum, or during the event via card, check, or cash.

The Museum suggests a $50 donation for non-museum members and a $40 donation for members for early registration. Late registration may see an increase in suggested donations at the door.
